Meet your architect: Evgeni Medarov

The stress free architects

You know what does not work about your home. You may be less sure how to change it. That is a good place to begin. At Fenix, we start by listening to what you need, how you live and what you would like your home to become.

Our aim is to make the architectural work easier to understand. Clear drawings, straightforward conversations and an agreed scope help you make decisions with a little more confidence.

Meet Evgeni Medarov

Evgeni founded Fenix Architects in late 2025 after eight years in the architecture industry. An ARB registered and RIBA chartered architect, he works with homeowners on extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments and residential interiors.

Based in Kingston upon Thames, Fenix supports projects across London. You speak directly with the architect shaping your design, so the conversation stays connected to your home.

Space that works for you

Sometimes the answer is more floor area. Sometimes it is a better arrangement of what you already have. We explore the brief before settling on a solution, then explain the drawings and decisions that follow.

A new practice with prior industry experience

Fenix was founded in late 2025. The eight years of industry experience described here refer to Evgeni’s experience before establishing the practice, rather than eight years trading as Fenix. You discuss your project directly with the architect developing the design.
